We’re happy to announce that our Youth Program Soft Launch at Heroes Martial Arts Los Gatos begins this week.
Our Youth Instructor Mike Strangis has a wealth of knowledge in coaching Jiu Jitsu and was recently helpig cover class at the Campbell location, but now gets the opportunity to build a fresh program in Los Gatos!
In a fun and safe environment children will learn the Fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu and learn to build confidence, develop their physical fitness and learn practical self defense skills.
Using the tools of both cooperation and competition children will work both in a team environment as well as learn to stand out individually. They will learn to work hard towards a goal, and also to handle set backs with grace.
We are building Heroes in training! Our goal is to be one of the contributors in a child’s life to help them learn to be outstanding, well-rounded people.
Our Youth Classes in Los Gatos are Monday, Wednesday and Fridays:
Youth Age 4-6: 3:30 PM
Ages 7-11 4:00 PM
Age 12-15 5PM
We also have strong Youth Programs at Heroes Eastside San Jose and Heroes Campbell, and with the addition of Heroes Los Gatos we are expecting to help build generations of champions on and off the mat!
