We have martial arts classes for individuals of all ages with various programs for each age group. For children’s, kid’s and teen’s martial arts classes, our aim is to improve the mental and physical health and fitness of our students, to teach them the martial art of tae kwon do as well as self defense techniques using a practical, modern approach.<\/p>\n
Our training curriculum and class instruction is not only geared towards learning the martial art of tae kwon do, but also in gaining valuable life skills; a positive attitude, discipline, self-esteem, responsibility and perseverance. We have classes at various times six days a week, as well our after school programs to accommodate parents and kids as a convenient after school extracurricular activity.
