This is a great place for beginner to advance students in BJJ. A lot of great things have happened to this place, such as the expansion of additional mats, the improvement and development in the current students, and the curriculum of the classes.<\/p>\n

Gumby is a well rounded teacher and does have a good grasp of teaching different students in effective methods that caters to their areas of strength and weaknesses. \u00a0I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in the art (for competition, stress relief, fitness, etc)!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
