Facility: Very nice and perfect for grappling, as the mats are new and the entire facility is nice.<\/p>\n

Instructors: \u00a0I’ve been going to the BJJ classes, and enjoy the instruction and the techniques given. \u00a0The formatting of the class is great.<\/p>\n

Price: By far you get a lot of value as the prices are reasonable , and the only place i know of in the Bay Area where you can pay on a “month to month” basis without having to commit to a yearlong contract.<\/p>\n
