Both Gumby and Canada are very good instructors. They will walk through the crisp steps for every move. I have taken various classes like taichi, yoga taekowndo and other sports under many instructors. Based on my experience, getting a good instructor makes a huge difference in how well you are at a sport.<\/p>\n<p>It has a very friendly atmosphere. I am a software professional in early 30&#8217;s.
