To kick things off we are offering an absolutely free Introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class this coming Saturday, September 2nd at 9:00 AM<\/p>\n<p>This hour long Introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) class will show new and prospective students to Heroes Martial Arts what BJJ is and the benefit to training.
