Fundamentals Class<\/strong>– \u00a0Our Famous Fundamentals Classes, covering the basic knowledge one would need to be successful in learning to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Gi (Uniform) required. \u00a030 carefully selected scripted classes also supplemented by our online site online.heroesma.com<\/a>\u00a0 1 hour class with core warm ups followed by technical instruction, no rolling\/sparring in this class. \u00a0Our most beginner friendly option!<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
BJJ All Levels-<\/strong> \u00a0Gi (uniform) class comprised of warm ups, technical training, drilling and sparring. \u00a0Suitable for all levels but knowledge of Fundamental classes STRONGLY recommended. \u00a090 minutes or longer!<\/div>

BJJ (No Gi)-<\/strong> \u00a0Jiu Jitsu and Submission Grappling Class with No Gi Attire (Short and Rash Guard). \u00a0Typically a higher intensity more physical class, comprised of harder warm ups, technical training, drilling and sparring. \u00a0 Suitable for \u00a0all levels but knowledge of Fundamentals classes highly recommended AND good physical fitness required! \u00a090 minutes or longer!<\/div>

BJJ (Masters)-<\/strong> \u00a0In typical Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Competition the Master Division refers to the age categories 30 and up \u00a0At Heroes, the Master\u2019s class is designed for for people who appreciate that training Jiu Jitsu is a life long passion and lifestyle, but also train with the idea that life also requires responsible training with an eye to longevity that is sometimes lost on the younger \u00a0practitioners. \u00a0Class \u00a0is 90 minutes or longer, with appropriate to the age category warm ups, technical \u00a0training, drills and sparring, \u00a0<\/div>

Youth Class-<\/strong> \u00a0Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Ages 5-11, emphasizing the benefits of Martial Arts Training focusing on Mental Well Being, Physical Fitness, Self Defense and Group Activity in a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu setting! \u00a0While Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is by it\u2019s nature a competitive activity, competition is not emphasized in this class. \u00a0<\/div>
