Jon Fitch is an American mixed martial artist, competing in the welterweight division of Bellator since 2018. He is a former PFL Welterweight Champion, and also formerly competed for the Ultimate Fighting Championship where he compiled a record of 14–3–1 and challenged for the welterweight title.
This seminar will focus on situational awareness. We will be going over real life scenarios and how to defend yourself. We will be focusing on creating space with you and your attackers. We will go over self – defense tactics and de-escalation tactics to ensure safety of you and your loved ones. All techniques have been taken from the FitchSMASH system.
