At Heroes Martial Arts, our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Youth program works on both the sport and self defense aspects of Jiu Jitsu. Children build both their athletic abilities and sharpen their minds going through the curriculum. We teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the spirit of Cooperation and Competition. The team must work together in order to learn, however they will also challenge each other to push their limits.
Each of our Youth Instructors are certified Black Belts with 10-20 years of experience in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, are held to the highest standards of conduct and instruction who have a genuine passion for teaching kids. We place a big emphasis on safety, controlled movements and the responsibilities that come with learning the martial arts.
We have a growing community of Youth at our Capitol Square Mall, Campbell and new Los Gatos location (there are no Youth Class at the downtown San Jose location) Youth do have the option of training at multiple locations as well.
